Mullerlights are around 100 calories - I know on SW you don't calorie count but if you're having these as snacks you could be making better choices calorie wise with fruit or salad.

I personally would have 2 a day max, but as part of a meal eg a dessert.

Are you eating them because you are hungry, or because you can?

Its better than 3 kit-kats ;)

you are right, if I think about it, I'm not hungry - just eating because I always used to snack in between meals, and graze all day long!

I have cut out snack a jacks because I was eating a packet every day ! - whereas I used to eat a packet of crisps per day -= sometimes two packets ! and so started on mullers as they're classed as free !

I like fruit - so I shall try and switch to fruit.

As you say, it's better than a chocolate bar or two :wave_cry:

You shouldnt go without, so if you want a bag of snack o jacks a day have them, synned of course!
