Hello im on day 20 of just the shakes and i cant help but pick on the odd sweets hear and there recently.
I get weighed next thursday and im going to ask the pharmacist if i can refeed.
Can i still lose weight good enough when doing this or will i be maintaining it?
I will have more energy when refeeding i suppose and i could start running again.
What do you think?
