Got up this morning and did a mid week check on my weight.

lost 1lb 10oz since coming back from London.....only 4oz to get rid of now and I will have lost the 2lb that I put on in London

Well sts past 2 weeks due to totm and 4 days off plan in second week so am hoping for a loss on tue but we shall see lol
