The best ever......

crab to start.
fish cakes as a main.
cheese and biscuits for afters.
latte plus one glass of rosé.

loved it..as it is one of my favourite restaurants.....and it was better than it sounds x

WI this morning and its official 10st 9lb...so that is a nice 2lb off this week. Whoop whoop.

I am WI on Friday this week instead of Saturday...but had a mid week check today and the scales read 10st 7 lb.

now need to keep it there or drop lower
