gosh emily thats scary stuff, so many mentalists out there, its awful isnt it, the police did go around there and warn him off, but thats all they could do. i hope he listens as i know if he approaches her again hubby wont be so placid, and it would probably him getting into trouble, usually the way it goes, the innocent get wronged.

i will try and catch up on diaries tomorrow this week has been a right pickle.

Am going to try and be back on from today, my eating has been all over,
my neighbour did stop me yesterday and ask what inhad been doing as she reckoned I had list weight, I dont feel any different?

Actually started aerobics last night my first time in 17 years it wasn't too hard so am looking forward to next weeks now.

Back to a dd day tomorrow get myself into a routine again I think, stew for dinner tonight so I may indulge in a dumpling, hopefully tummy will allow this, still in a nervous state.
