More antibiotics, and muscle relaxants, seems I have another kidney infection and my liver enzymes are high whatever that means, so off my usual meds for. A while and on these, I often wondered how many calories a day I'm taking with all of these meds, bloody lupus wish it would give me a break just sometimes .
Just going to have Covent garden soup for tea, my calories for today are 610 higher than should be but daughter no 2 popped in and we both enjoyed a lush capaccino, she looks so well .
So today I have had
cappacino
Tin of kick
S&s caramel milk
Soup.
