Funny how when you feel good about yourself youre more willing to take compliments. When you feel crappy, they just fly over your head!
Well last night, my girlie friend was busy complimenting me and until now I'd completely forgotten the things she'd said..... You looked so skinny in your jeans, every time I see you I'm inspired to lose weight and get healthy, you're looking so well, what do you mean you're having a fat day? ....etc.... Amazing how a size 10 has fat days.... it's great fun finding out tho :) I guess we have them whatever size we are. xxx
 
100% day woooooohoooooo. I know it's a bit sad nearly 100 days in to be chuffed with this. But it means I can wake up tomorow with the buzz I used to get knowing i'm on track :) xxx

Hey ho... howz my lovlies been today??? Dont really need to ask, you all sound so positive and upbeat. Well done everyone. It makes such a difference when everyones happy and willing to give 100%...such positive vibes :) Lets keep it up girls. We can all do this together :)

I did have a few weak moments today but my new next winter catalogue kept me goin...lol! Theres so much i would love to get but all of it would look far better on a new sexy skinny me ;)... thus kept goin. Ha ha ha...

I sooooo wanna be at target. Lets stay 100% and get there fast.

Right shrinklies... Think you all are in bed fast asleep. Ive had a busy day entertaining my little one, been in and out all day.... totally knackered. Tomorrow will be kinda busy too as its the only day hubby gets off... so spendin some quality time together :)

Right then... night night... we've all been 100% today and we'll all be waking up to a lighter us in the morning. Enjoy the fab feeling.

Well i drank 4 litres yesterday:happy096: and i am feeling on:character00100: hee hee.
Plan of action today. I am bitzing the house, claening windows and having a good spring clean this morning whilst 'the hubby' is in bed nursing a hang over :boohoo:. Once i have finished im off to the gym for an hour, either treadmill or a bit of swimming. My brother and his fiance are coming around this afternoon. He is going to sort out my plumbing and the girls will be talking about weddings (their getting married in 2010 :character00250:. I am then cooking them dinner:eek:.
The weird thing is, im not bothered that i am cooking for them :bliss:in fact im quite excited. I have explained that i wont be eating with them and will sit and have a shake. They were both really supportive and unlike Friday its not even worrying me :p.
I hope everyone has a really good 100% ss day today xx

Dione, you sound really determined now. I always think about making he most of the people than the food while on CD s well don eon your fab attitude.

Me, well I'm okay. I am thrilled I stayed on plan yesterday. I am still waiting for my damn period to come. I couldn't help standing on the scales after my 100% day yesterday. I realy shouldn't have tho as I am now 4lbs heavier! I know it's mostly water retension but how patient do I have to be! I'm back a month now :( I lost 4.5lbs in the first 2 weeks on 1000 and in the next 2 weeks it's all back on again! It's getting hard to stay motivated. I am back on track now but i'm getting really pis*ed off! There is no way I'll lose 4lbs to get back to where I was at the gig by Tues week (9days till Dublin).

I will carry on drinking water and doing the gym. But everytime I work out I either stay the same or put weight on. I feel like screaming x
 
Basically July has been a complete waste of time and money for me. Don't want to lower the positivity but I feel sh*t.

I really am gonna try to lose that 4lbs by Dublin anyway. Hopefull ywhen this god damn period comes i'll get lighter for a start x
 
Morning Sunshine, maybe its the gym, muscle weighs heavier than FAT lucky you. It will all come goos in the end and remember, the scales are just numbers that come and go, the trackie bottoms fall down and stay down!!!!!!! Sorry to hear you are feeling low :hug99:. Remember you are going to the gym alot now hun and muscle weighs far more then fat. I bet if you measure yourself you would have lost inches.

I know you will lose the 4lb in time for dublin. I have 100% faith in you.

Just remind yourself of how good you felt when you brought your leathers and how fab you looked :)

Hi and thanks hun. Sorry you don't need to hear me ranting when you're getting started. Thanks so much tho for the support. I feel like I can't win at the moment. You're right tho even the fact I'm wearing size small trackie bottoms is better than the large and extra large I was buying before. My CDC said I need to start exercising again as she knew how much i used to before cd. I read the yellow booklet again and it even says in there it's important as you work up the higher plans to exercise. I suppose I carry on and as you say it will all catch up in the end. I know you're right about the numbers ect but I need to get to goal on those scales to prove to myslef that I could do it.

You have been there for me evertime ive felt low (which is nearly every day lol)

Its my turn to return the favour. I must admit i am nervous about eating again. i have such limited time to go to the gym coz of the kids and work. Im looking for a new job thats closer to home so that will hopefully help.

Just keep doing what you are doing hun and stay away from the scales until WI. (Pot calling kettle black as i got on there this morning lol)
You are so strong and you have the determination to succeed. you will do it i know you will xxx
 
Well thanks hun. I've set a little ticker for myself so I can tick off the lbs as they go and hopefully before Dublin. I refuse to change my normal ticker :) Yes I am going to do this but you and the Shrinklies play a huge part in this for me. xxx

Cool :) By the way I meant to say you could alway gets exercise DVD's when the time comes or just dance around the house :) instead of joining the gym!

It's amazing how a little weightloss ticker is so motivating.
 
My eldest has a wii, ive got to get it fixed coz my youngest broke it grrr. Once ive had it fixed i was thinking of gettig a wii fit. Ive heard they are really good. The hubby works away 3 - 4 days a week so thats a perfect time to go on it :).

Have you tried it? Any good? x
