had a good day today, havent been out of the house but did a run on treadmill 1st thing then as Emma was out playing i decided to clean before having a bath. decided over the hols i'm going to do a proper spring clean every nook and cranny and sort out the stuff as a family we seem to hord!! today i am surpised just how dirty your white goods get in the kitchen!! and how come i didn't notice before!! yuk they look like new now so very plaesed.

anyway enough of my rock n roll life style !?!?!

Boo hiss :-( gained a lb!! Not sure I how been so good but a huge difference in exercise levels?!?!

I def think it's the exercise that really helps - cause when I don't do as much I either STS or gain :( I lost 2 1/2lb this week after putting some on thats cause I upped the exercise as I'd been slacking the previous couple of weeks due to other plans x

well after a bad WI with a 1 lb gain!! ive had a bit of a blow out day!?! naughty but cross.. have pointed all the crap ive eaten, i hope, i may forgotten something been on 1 woman food factory lol

I need to increase exercise, because summer hols I'm not managing to get out for a run usually go straight after I've dropped em at school on my days off. Have got a treadmill so just need to get my ass into gear!! X
