Sick!

Eurgh - I am sick as a dog Don't know what is causing it! Today's nutritional value from my CD packs is probably wasted - can't even keep water down at the moment.
I am guessing I will probably retain water for a day or so, but presumably I should ok tomorrow and then back on track. Sorry to whinge but I feel like poo :9529:

Awwww no!! HUGS! Half my friends are like that at the moment too...seems to be going around. Hope I don't get it Lotsa rest and a hot water bottle for the tummy might help!
