I started on an up day, but came straight off slimfast so was on max 1340 cals and didn't want to do a down day after that amount. I don't think it matters what day you start on tbh. So if I was you I'd start with your up day on saturday and enjoy yourself. Good luck hun x

Thanks ladies...I'm starting tomorrow on an up day:D, have my down day food sorted for wednesday so am excited about it, do find the dd so much easier to plan for:p than counting points lol
