yes, although I tend to only have 1 a day max; personally I think too much of it seems to affect my losses, but that could just be me imagining it! Just find what works for you
I don't include anything other than plain water lol so although I count 3-4litres a day I also have flavoured water, water in my shakes, sparkling water and coke zero etc
I personally wouldn't have coke zero more than about 3 times a week I think it makes me want food for some reason - it's there as my emergency drink

when I did cd i found that coke zero actually made me hungry and if i drank it every day it effected my weight loss I think so i would just keep for emergencies x
