Simple but very satisfying...

Hardly had anything in for lunch yesterday so I had to make something from the cupboards

Ending up with a slice of bread toasted, half a can of tuna mixed with light mayo on top of that, and then salad on top of this. Sounds so simple but it was beautiful and very yummy. Gorgeous 5 point lunch xx

i loved tuna fried with a bit on fry light and onions then put on top of toast and sprinkle a tiny amount of cheese on top... delish!
