simplicity V lifestyle?

been doing lifestyle, only on day 5 but getting bored with same chicken and tuna salad and having to weigh everything .. wondering if I might not be better off doing simplicity
are the losses the same? also could I occasionally have 100g protein instead of the 4th meal pack say if was going out somewhere or just for occasional change? or Is it best not to mix the 2 diets would only be once every 10 days or so I guess when meet friends for lunch x
 
I mix simplicity and lifestyle depending on my mood or if I'm eating out for example.. and so far it hasn't done me any harm! If you're doing lifestyle it's advisable to use the food planner to check you don't go over your allowance. Dunno about you but I find having the option to have a 'normal' meal makes this so much easier to stick to, especially in terms of being sociable! xx
