Since starting has anyone experienced changes in their tongue??

I know we are all in ketosis, so all have bad breath! lol

but anyone notice any changes in your tongue? esp, those who arent chewing on bars??

mine has been white and furry (yuk) when I wake up in the mornings but I just brush it when I brush my teeth and it comes off.

I have not difference with my tounge (yet) but my taste is already changing.....
The fruits of the forest shake I made into sorbet was apparently tasteless according to my kids and hubby, but I throught it was very tasty... maybe it's taste deprivation, makes you appreciate taste more!

I had a furry tongue in week 2, but it's improving this week.

Use a tongue scrapper to get it off !
