    Hey everyone, i havent been on here in ages, feels like a life time, i guess ive just been distracted, it takes alot of motivation.
    Since ive been on here last ive enjoyed an all inclusive trip to turkey for 2weeks, it was brilliant and thankfully the food wasnt that great so stoped me from eating all before me lol
    i have to get weighed in today and i am not....i repeat i am NOT looking forward to it, i have ate like a horse all week and still doing it lol
    il let u all know how im getting on

    Karen lou....bet ur way in the lead now lol

    hey everyone, well that 1st WI i lost 1.5lb then the week after i lost a further 1lb the week following that i had put on 3lb lol then i lost 2.5lb then last night i lost 2lb so i think i might be back on track lol
