Hey guys

After 6 weeks of hitting a plateau and not really enjoying sw anymore - i've come back to ye old trusty..weight watchers :eek:

Here is yesterdays diary:

Breakfast:
Boots strawberry 'Shapers bar' - 1.5pts
Glass of diet coke & ice - 0pts
(Was out some of the day)

Lunch:
1 X WW mushroom & brocolli melt - 4.5
1 x ww mullerlight cheesecake - 1.5
1 x w/meal tasty roll - 2.5

Dinner:
1 x ww hotpot - 3.5pts
Brocolli (1/3 plate) - 0pts
ww chips (1 serving) - 2pts

Snacks:
WW toffee crunch - 3pts
ww toffee yoghurt - 0.5pts

Total points: 19
BANKED: 4

Overall, a good day enjoying being back to points. Feel in control and good! xx
 
Tuesday 6th July
23 Points allowance

Breakfast:
2 x weetabix - 2pts
Skimmed milk (allowance for day, given 500ml) - 1pt
300ml cold water

Lunch:
ww tomato soup (1 can) - 1 pt
ww wholemeal thicksliced bread x 2 - 2pts
ww mint torte dessert - 3pts

Dinner:
ww beef lasagne - 5pts
ww chips (1 portion) - 2pts
Brocolli (1/3 plate) - 0pt

Again a good day, all within points, have done some excercise but not logged as not counting activity points for first week. :rolleyes: Loving it!

Wednesday - 7th July

Well, been weighed today and since sunday managed to drop 3.5lbs! The plateau has been BROKEN thankyou ww! Soo excited & focused right now, even knowing I have a night out on Saturday, i've banked 5pts so far, thats 5 malibus & diet cokes :p Love it, love it, love it!

Breakfast:
(Skipped as was at 'fat club' so..)
2 x Special K choc chip bars: 3pts
1 x 500ml water

Lunch:
WW Tomato soup - 1pt
2 x kingsmill 'tasty' rolls - 5pt
Cup of tea (using 0.25pt of skimmed), sweetener

Dinner:
WW ocean pie - 3.5pts
1/3 plate Brocolli & carrots -0pts
1 portion of WW chips - 2pts
1 x ww banoffee dessert - 3pts

Water:
3 x 500ml

Additions:
0.25pt of Skimmed milk - 0.5pts

Monday, 16th August - VOID DAY as far as WW goes, but!
Back on it tommorow, I promise ;)

Breakfast:

Oatso simple made with water - 2
Bottle of water - 0

Snack:

Bag of pom bears: 1.5
Bag of baked crisps: 1.5

Lunch:

Morrisons eat smart sandwich - 4
Kitkat - 2
Crisps - 3

M'rissons turkey steak & marinade - 7.5
WW chips - 2
Mushy peas - 2
Milky bar & Options - 2

Snack: totally didnt even NEED THIS! But im still nursing saturdays hangover

Its OKAY though because I knew today was my last 'blow' out. I have everything in the house that I need now to make tommorow work & lord knows i'm going to :) xxx
 
Tuesday 17th August

23 Points Allowance:

Back on the wagon today & raring to go. Want 1lb a week, at least, off for xmas :) Night out with Suzanne out of way for a long time & I'm back to this, theres no stopping me now!!!

Breakfast:
1 x ww plain white bagel - 2
200g baked beans - 2
3 x slices of ham - 0.5

Snack:
Oatso simple cranberries, raspberries & raisins flavour - 2 (made with water)
80g frozen forest fruits - 0.5

Lunch:
1 x tuna and tomato seasoning snack pot - 2.5
Cuppa with - 0.5 for dash of milk
ww mint torte dessert - 3

Dinner:
Morrisons eat smart - sticky chilli chicken & noodles - 5
Brocolli - large serving - 0 pts

Dessert:
Oatso simple made with water & 80g forest fruits - 2.5

Snacks:
Options 'cracking hazelnut' hot chocolate - 0.5
Options 'Outrageous orange' hot chocolate - 0.5


Upto this point used 20.5pts leaving 2.5 spare for the day, also earned 1.5pts activity doing an 18 minute mile & did house work, vigourously this morning :) feeling pretty pleased with myself right about now ;)
 
Hey you.

Im coming over to ww from sw also- for a fortnight-month depending on how things go. i have a long w.e away in 2 and a half weeks and im desperate to shift 7lbs to take me under target..

do you eat completly different things from sw? do you think this is what kick started you wi again? did you have a break indetween or do a straght switch??

id realy appreciate some support xxx
