When driving home from Dover late late last night/early this morning. My sister and I put on some old 80's cd's to sing along too. Ended up listening to the Eurythmics and this song came on - Sisters are doing it for themselves! It was such a wonderful Thelma and Louise type moment, feeling totally liberated and powerful and it really made me think of all of us strong ladies (and men) who are making this journey on LL and doing it for ourselves. Inspirational songs really do help me on my way and remind me of why I am doing this. Have a read of the lyrics and congratulate yourselves on your achievements. just sitting here waiting for my running mate and natasha beddingfield , unwritten came on , that has to be my song i think , i used to listen to it all the time when i was loosing and lost my weight , especially when running as it reminded me that we are not who we are today forever , we can change whenever we take iy upon ourselves , thus we are unwritten , soooooooo liberating when you think about it !!!
