Guess you could just have protein until your packs come? How many have you got left?

Today was the worst I've been. I was working on report cards last night so went to bed not having my lunch made which I always do. Was rushing this morning and forgot to lift prawns I was planning on having, bf and I were car sharing today he took car to his work so my plan b of nicking down to tesco at lunch for chicken went out the window too! Had a baked potato, tuna and salad for the canteen at work and it went downhill from there....
A scone, chocollate eclair, pkt of mccoys, more chocolate and a burger king later and I'm stuffed! I'm taking my multi vit, finishing my water and not having another bite tonight. Tomorrow is a new day!
 
End of day 40 disaster!

Need to get my head back in the game, really wanna lose this last bit and if I can just get my willpower back I can do it for summer! I'm gonna buy some chicken tomorrow morning for lunch. Need to keep tabs on my water as that's fallen a bit too! Dreading what the scales say tomorrow but I'm gonna have to just face them!!

Im now aiming for a stay the same of last Saturday's weight( my official WI was Friday but I was a bit bunged up so I logged Saturday's instead!) I'm fully expecting them to be up
By a couple of lbs tomorrow but I'm hoping I can shift it quickly- I know others have.

I was just so unprepared today, can't let that happen again and when I had one blip I thought sod it and carried on! Need to get a grip!
 
Day 41- scales are up a couple of lbs since Saturday's logged WI but that's to be expected! Been very good today and stuck to plan.
Lunch was chicken tikka slices with iceberg lettuce.
Dinner was 2x chilli with some asparagus.
Supper will be a shake.

I've got a litre and a half still to drink so better get a move on!

Haven't felt too hungry at all today. Got some stuff to do tonight which should keep me busy and hopefully keep the munchies at bay :) feel tired today been going to bed way too late so it's an early night for me tonight!

How is everyone else getting on?

Yeah not bad-hoping for a loss this week! Been feeling a bit rough to be honest-still not had the burst of energy that people talk about-still exhausted all the time :( x
 
Don't feel like I've had it either tbh!! Although wouldn't say I'm exhausted but just feel the same really! Maybe just affects people differently.... Hope you get your loss on Friday! My totm has just arrived so I'm less hopeful! But it's gotta catch up next WI :)

Oh and hope you feel better, I can't really think if anything to suggest- just make sure you're taking your vits( I've forgotten a few times!)
 
Day 42- 6 week WI tomorrow. Scales been going down even though it's totm so hoping to be back to last sat WI, will be happy with a sts :)

Haven't done any kettlebells this week, feel like it was affecting my losses think I'll stick with dog walking until I reach target and then I'll up the exercise!

Lunch was chicken tikka and salad.
Dinner was spicy spaghetti with spinach, green pepper and mushroom.
Two packs still to go :)

It's been glorious here the past few days and meant to be same over the weekend! Can't wait to soak up some rays :)

Off to work last nights TOWIE now :)
 
Well officially I've had a 2 lb loss since last Friday! But since I then weighed again on Saturday and logged that weight on the challenges I'm in it's a sts :) I'm pleased as this has been my worst week :) I need to stick to logging Friday wi only as it's confusing me!(easy confused!) :) happy Friday folks :)

Have broken down my losses into weeks as was getting a bit confused as to my total loss! Week 5s was actually Saturday as I was very bunged up on Friday which is my official WI. I'm gonna stick to just recording in Friday now though as it gets me muddled up!

Wk 1- 8.75
Wk2- 1.25
Wk3- 4.5
Wk4- sts
Wk5- 4
Wk6-sts
The weeks I had sts I had a meal or something off plan so I defo can't cheat at all on this diet and lose! :)
Hoping for a 100% week and a good loss on Friday- I've lost 17.5 lbs in 6 weeks so not too shabby!

I don't have stats I only use this on my phone! Ive got a weight tracker app thing I've just logged everything into that :)

Ah right-do u use the iPhone app? As if so, I'll figured out how to do the stats :) x

If you scroll to the top f the page, there's a bar with the thread title on. Click on that, and it links you to the web page-then just click on 'update stats' on the left and bobs your uncle x
