SITC's diary

My wee dog was hit by a van yesterday :( he is alive but in the vet hospital. He has extensive injury to his paw, will find out today if the surgeons are able to save it. He is only 11 months. I'm so gutted :(

Yesterday was day 1 but all I ate all day was a crispy shake as I was sick with worry x

OMG thats awfull.... are you ok???? Is he ok??

Awww hun you must be out of your mind!!! : (

Hey, sorry for my slow reply, it's been a strange week or 2.

The dog is recovering, he is home but has to go to vet daily to been put under and have dressing changed, poor guy is exhausted with it. Really lucky to be off for the summer now so we can look after him.

It's our friends funeral tomorrow, the friend who was killed in the hit and run so that will be a horrible day but in a way might bring some closure.

My diet has been appalling, I've gone days without eating then other days eating nothing but chocolates and cheese and crackers- I've been all over the place! I'm really dying to get back on slim and save and have decided to start back tomorrow. July really needs to be my month as I'm not buying anymore after the month is up. Really need to lose a stone- wish me luck x

How is everyone doing? Have missed you guys!!!

Missed you too! Sorry to hear things aren't great-seems to be something in the air!!!
I'm starting again tomorrow, and I know that Dee is too, so we can all keep an eye! xx

I'm in.... Tomorrow... Thinking I could start today with the funeral was too ambitious! Have been low carbing today though, day 1 tomorrow, bring it on :)

Day 1 going well :) I'm not gonna break it :) so far ive had
Scrambled eggs
2 x cups of coffee
1 spicy spag( forgot how yummy it was!)

Feeling good :)

Have got my bfs cousins wedding in September- my aim is to get into a size 10 dress that I bought in the sales!! It was £90 reduced to £20 and its gorgeous! Yikes! It'll be tough but I'm up for the challenge :)
Everytime I feel like caving I'll go and have a look at it lol
 
Day 2 here we go.....
Need to write myself a little to do list otherwise I'll fritter the day away.....
Do pilates DVD
Sweep and Hoover the floors( bloody dog hair!)
Dust the livingroom
Put on a washing
Tidy out wardrobe
Bag clothes I no longer need and take to charity shop
Sell old books on amazon

Wow busy wee day ahead!!!

Off to make some eggs for brekkie.
What's everyone upto today?

So it's 1.30 and my to do list is almost complete!!! All I have to do now is get a shower and get dressed and take a few bags round to the charity shop, I was thinking I might actually sell some of the stuff at a car boot but then I can't actually be bothered and it's more virtuous to

I have to pick the dog up from the vets at 3 so that'll give me time to have some lunch and get some water down me. My period is looming i can feel that crampy stomach feeling. I'm WI on Tuesday so hope it comes and goes by then :)

My bfs sister came round to
Visit last night and brought us sweets( I think
She got them as a present and wanted rid as she has her holidays coming up) hate when people do that! I've hidden them in the biscuit tin out of sight but think I may just bin them. Will tell bf it's for his own good too :)
 
You have done well how much do you have to go till you get to target ? How much have you lost on total ? Hope u don't mind me asking and I ve just ordered the kettle worz are you still doing the workouts? I don't want exercise to hinder my progress tho as I still have alot to lose but any advice greatly appreciated x

I found it quite difficult to do kettleworx whilst on slim and save, I don't think the body has the energy it needs to do it properly, I was a bit light headed during it. I think you might want to add in extra protein. I LOVE kettlebells though and will def go back to them when I've lost another stone and come off VLCD. You might be different but just be careful especially at the start. I can't recommend them enough for inch loss but they may initially stall weight loss- that's my personal experience anyway :) it does tend to catch up though. I think I lost about 1.5 stone all in but came off and gained some back so think prob about a stone lost so far. Im only doing this until the end of July then will try my hand at low carbing/ health eating :) ive started doing pilates( 15 min session) as it's lower intensity but will hopefully still help with the toning :)
 
So everything on my do to list is done :) yay :)
Gonna watch a bit if tv now and chill out for a bit. I'm feeling really cold and it's really muggy today so I think ketosis is looming :)
My food for today has been-
Scrambled eggs
Coffee
2x glasses come zero
Spicy spag
Chilli with 150 g mushrooms
Have one pack left for tonight :)
I've been really hungry today but have managed to keep myself busy and fill up on water.
Day 3 tomorrow and that's always a tough one for me!
 
Thank you for taking the time to reply x I don't seem to have alot of energy at the moment and I am. Now walking 20-40ins per day I do still have alot to lose and don't want to hinder my weight loss x I will use them but maybe not untill I'm nearer target x hope you enjoy the rest of today x
