Managed to fit in to my size 24 dog walking trousers today! Don't know how much I have lost as I am only getting weighed once a month.
Finding this website really inspirational.
Have set myself a goal of 181/2 stone by Xmas from my heaviest 231/2 stone ...on my way!!! Good luck all the WMITTS!

That's fantastic Fizzio! Well done! Such a nice feeling when clothes that were too small fit you, or having to go out and buy new stuff because your clothes are starting to hang off you! I have found it really motivating. Roll on Christmas, I'm sure you'll reach your goal!

Thanks you guys! Well here's to a size 22! Have plastered my car with post it's with 10% on to remind me of my first goal (ie 10% body weight lost). I spend alot of time in my car with my job and it has always been where i did my sneaky eating. Anybody else got tips for staving off the driving munchies?
