Why is my skin still horrible and properly worse than it was before , when ive been drinking 3liters a day of water for the past 3 weeks

You're flushing the toxins out so it'll be bad before it get's better - try maybe changing your skin care regime, maybe adding something like the Body Shop Tea Tree range or the Clinque stuff for problem skin

I remembered what the Clinque product set is:Clinique Anti-Blemish Solutions 3-Step System.

It runs at £30 a pop for the set at Boots.

The BodyShop are running a promotion at the minute with 40% off their products - so might be a time to stock up on tea tree if that's what you choose to go with.

Yeah its definately the toxins being flushed out your body- mines worse too and was told by someone in healthcare it was to do with this I use Clinique spot treatment stuff and it works well.

Completely forgot to mention this in my diary! My skin is awful and i have dry skin with spots now. Glad to hear it will get better x

Yeah mine is dry and spotty but should get better once all the bad stuff is gotten rid of!
