Sts for me this week think my training and work outs caused a halt on scales but im pushing through x

Well and truly have my focus but need to keep going, I cannot weigh again until a week tomorrow so it's extra important

My clothes are baggier by day so no idea what weigh in so be like Friday but I've still a way to go.

Probably still another 2.5-3st to go.

Next goal is to be in 11's from 15st8lb the number 11 sounds amazing. Into 10's and im taking it until I look right. So no idea what it'll be I had target as 9st. There's still a lot to come off my legs n hips n more off tummy be nice lol x

No im only 5ft1

9 St is too end of my "healthy" bracket 7.5 is lower end x

Who knows story of my avi name?

My mission is to just to be able to buy those trendy jeans from like fcuk or diesel off shelf and not stand and look knowing full well they go no where near my size.

Well today....... I haven't made it but......

I dug these bad boys out which are brand new never worn but brought over 6 years ago from miss selfridge and they were far to small and look.....

Weigh in is this Friday. I'd love love love to be in the 11's but it's a big ask so anything off I'll be delighted with
