Skipping a CD meal?

Having been on nightshift last night, I had a porridge at midnight, saved from yesterday and today, having slept the day away, I've managed a hot choc and a soup but Im not hungry. Is it ok to skip a CD meal or do I need to force it down me? Im currently on day 4 and lost 7lbs already so I dont want to spoil it.

You really should not skip a meal -- you need all 3 CD meals to get the proper nutrients and vitamins. If you can manage just chug it down. You can dilute with more water if you need to do so.

completely agree with the other 2 above - However, I have missed the odd meal - maybe 2 or 3 a week - not through choice but either being out without one and then too late when got home or running out of time completely! I wouldn't recommend it - it always makes me feel a bit light headed the next day - but it hasn't harmed me or my losses.

Did you have your 1,000 meals? (Not to lecture -- I know it sounds this way, but...) You've done this diet before and know that your nutritional intake is important.

And you are not rubbish -- what's going on? I thought you had a "bonus day off" and were looking forward to it.

@Mel, I`m still not feeling great and haven`t been eating properly the last couple of days cos of my digestion (from the porridge :( ). And it is very easy for me to get back into the habit of not eating - mad as it sounds considering I`m trying to lose weight lol

I got 971 cals in but that was without my 2 shakes and I went over on my fat by 6 and protein by 3 :(

P.s re day off, It`s not really a good thing :( I had today and yesterday off cos they don`t have the hours avail (money to pay me) so I don`t think this job is going to be lasting long :(

I didnt skip my 3rd drink last night, forced it down me and felt ok for it.

you'll find yourself hungry tomorrow. however, if you are on 3 a day then have 4.
