Skulldilocks Food diary

hi im subscribing!!!
i havent had an egg and spoon either may have to get one now i know the syns :D x
haha oh lord I hope I do not sabotage anyones weightlosses by preaching about egg and spoons :p hehe A lot of people have moaned like "10 syns for such a small egg no way" but there are SO sickly I couldnt eat two in one sitting! Enjoy :) x
 
My mam bought some egg and spoons at tesco today, gave one to my little cousin she said they're nice but sickly! X
 
So since posting my diary on Friday I didn't get home until yesterday
so have been unable to update here. I did however keep myself in check
using my instagram and then writing it all down as soon as I was home.
Friday
night ended up being a spontaneous one and drinking was done. Due to
the extortionate drink prices of London, I opted against spirits and was
drinking snakebite (pints of half lager half cider with blackcurrant
cordial). I only ended up having 4 and looked up the syns, which were 11
syns a pint. It sounds bad but I was genuinely expecting worse. Anyway
this totaled my syns on Friday at 48.5, so the rest of the week will
have to be 5 syns maximum a day until Wednesday's weigh in.
We
ended up staying in a hotel on the Friday night and spending all day in
Camden on Saturday, before going to another gig that evening. Luckily we
managed to food optimise while out and I didnt drink again. Here's the
diary for Saturday 9/2/2013:
Breakfast:

  • 1 apple (superfree/speed)
Lunch (at Wetherspoons):

  • 8oz sirloin steak, fat removed (free)
  • Jacket potato (free)
  • Side salad (superfree/speed)
  • Peppercorn sauce (5.5 syns)
  • Monster absolute zero (free)
Dinner (at subway):

  • Lettuce (superfree/speed)
  • Cucumber (superfree/speed)
  • Red onion (superfree/speed)
  • Green peppers (superfree/speed)
  • Gherkins (superfree/speed)
  • Jalapenos (superfree/speed)
  • Greated carrot (superfree/speed)
  • Ham (free)
  • Turkey (free)
  • Beef (free)
  • Ranch dressing (2 syns)
Other:

  • 2x rocky road hifi bars (HEX B)
  • 3x Light Babybels (HEX A)
  • Baked stars (4.5)
  • Literally lost count of how much water I drank but I'd say about 3 litres
  • 300ml Pepsi Max (Free)
Total syns: 12 syns
Body Magic: did plenty of walking around Camden and gigging is tiring
 
Sunday:
A nice chilled out day in was required last night and we needed some
fakeaway food to accompany it so I may my first ever melt in the middle
burgers. Oh my god so good I felt like Adam Richman as I attempted to
fit it all in my mouth! haha!
Couldn't do any body magic due to
the weather being awful but going to make up for it today. Kept the syns
low due to the weekend's antics
Breakfast:

  • 3 rashers bacon, no fat (free)
  • 2 Tescos Lighter sausages (2 syns)
  • 1 egg in Frylight (free)
  • Mushrooms (superfree/speed)
  • Plum Tomatoes (superfree/speed)
  • Tea with skimmed milk and sweetener (0.5 syns)
Lunch:

  • Low fat supernoodles, chilli chicken (Free)
  • 1 Light Babybel (Part HEX A)
  • Grapes (superfree/speed)
  • Muller light vanilla (free)
  • 2 mini meringues (2 syns)
Dinner:

  • Extra lean mince (free)
  • 2 Light Babybels (Part HEX A)
  • Wholemeal roll (HEX B)
  • Red onion (superfree/speed)
  • Jalapenos (superfree/speed)
  • Mushrooms in Frylight and garlic (superfree/speed)
  • SW chips (free)
  • 2x bacon, no fat (free)
  • Lettuce (superfree/speed)

Yeah, I would agree with that. they are small but are a huge chocolatey fix so worth the 10 syns in my opnion. Wont have enough syns to have another one now til after weigh in on Weds though haha! x
 
I read once that hardcore moshing can be the equivalent to doing extreme aerobics for an hour. Doubt its true though cos in theory i should stick thin by now!

haha if only it were true! I feels it though as I am aching from the pit on Saturday! Ah well will do some swimming tonight just in case :p

Ooh, I've got a mint kit kat chunky for my weigh in on Wednesday lol always have something high in syns after weigh in!

Sounds like you had a good weekend food wise, even though you went high on syns it sounds as if you kept control! Well done x

Yeah Im hoping itll be ok. I worked out that I had a flexi syn day of the same amount last weekend and still managed to lose 3lbs but that was while doing Success Express. I'm sure keeping the syns right down will keep me on a loss this week *fingers crossed*
 
Tuesday:

L: Mugshot, apple (SF), grapes (SF), Muller light
D: Dont know yet as going to my mums. She pretty much gets SW though and has bought the magazines recently so fingers crossed for something syn free.

I'm fully awware I'm going to be starving today but need a final push to balance out the weekend. 5 syns max today, if any
 
Mum made the broccoli macaroni cheese from the January mag for tea! Was really nice however it cuased me 6 syns as I'd already had my HEX A, still they were my only syns for the whole day. and did 30 mins walking :)
 
Wednesday:

Hi there Skulldilocks! Just stopping by after seeing your 'hot for Hellfest' sig- my aim is Download! I won't be hot by then but I want to be a more 'normal' size by then :p I want my old X Large band shirts to be nice and loose by June!

Hi there! Yay awesome Glad to have a festival buddy on board, as I guess Download is same time as Hellfest, so similar target times! I doubt I'll ever see myself as hot but I wanted another H for it haha! It would be nice to be able to wear some shorts and stuff without feeling like an ogre in the hot French sun!
I'm sure you will reach your target and once your shirts get too loose, DIY them :D xx

Haha, it's going to take me more than 4 months to shed 5 and a half stone, but one can hope I'm a couple of stone lighter by then! Def will customise those tops when they're too big ;) would love to be wearing shorts too!
What band are you most looking forward to seeing?
