Your ticker says you only have 18 lbs to go .... get your butt back in the gym and work it off hun!!!! You know how much better you felt with exercise, you know (if you are honest) that the gym will help to shift it quicker .... what are you waiting for??!!! C'mon hun, find that motivation you are nearly at goal - you can do it.

I know I should, I also got a nasty back injury about a year ago, with further prevented me from going to the gym, and loads of things have changed in my life, back to uni, got married, moved to another city, etc. I tried doing pilates this morning, god I'm unfit! I was struggling with every move! But you're right, I've to kick my bum back into it. This forum has been great though, I love reading about everybody's losses, it's so inspiring!
 
That's the spirit hun!!! Start gently and ease yourself back to it! Just start with a little light walking or gentle pace on a cross trainer, before you know it you'll be running a 5k or even a half marathon!!
