It's a great VLCD, some people come from LT, CD, etc because it's cheaper and does the exact same job.
I lost 14 pounds and not even my 1st week WI yet, I also got into ketosis on 3rd day and been in it since even with their food.
The only thing S&S appears to lack is a refeeding menu, but you could just follow the LT one for free.
