Pasta with quorn chicken bits and 12 speed soup used as sauce with salad.

Thanks got a feeling it's all gonna come on pretty quick again this week, had too much of my daughters birthday cake and now I'm ill and just wanna way junk xx
 
I'm the same if I feel ill, its always the carbs and comfort foods I go for I'm sure you won't put it all back on, hope your daughter had a lovely day x

Yeah ok I kept gettin weeks with losses of 3lb-5lb but every week like that was a week followed by putting it all back in so last Saturday I started WW classes to keep me on track and yesterday was my first wi. Lost 7lb in that week so I'm going to keep going to classes til I hit 4st loss xx
 
Sounds good, think I'd starve on ww, especially in rough days like today
 
I always turn to food when I'm angry, upset, even happy generally emotional, I really need to find another way to deal with things but it is hard. hope you and hubby sort things out. its worth weighing though because the following week you won't truly know how well you've done x
 
Gotta weigh anyway I bought a countdown.

Much better day today but still dreading weigh in.

Ok so after gaining a pound this week iv decided to do the 777 challenge. Going well so far today, just gotta stay motivated and resist all temptation during the day so I can have some syns in evening if required. Will post later in today's food.
