    Lunch
    jacket potato with baked beans
    pear

    Dinner
    Pasta
    tomatoes
    onion
    2 slices of bacon (b option)
    28g parmasen (a option)
    Shape Yoghurt stay fuller for longer

    diet drinks
    coffee and tea with milk (a option)
    wine - (24 syns)


    Total syns for the day - 24 (do not have syns all week, but
    two bottles of wine at weekend)


    Day 2

    Brunch

    2 x MediterraneanBowyers Sausage (1 syn)
    2 rashers bacon
    2 x eggs
    tinned tomatoes
    2 slices nimble bread (b option)

    Fillet Steak
