Hi Louie lou/Broxi,

I would love to join the slim by christmas!!! I start CD on the 26/08/09. I'am going home to see family next weekend so have decided to start when i come back. Have booked my appointment with my counsellor on the Tuesday evening (25/08/09). Really looking forward to the weight coming off. I think i will weigh in at about 12st 10lb??? and i would like to get to 9st 7lb by Xmas the only down fall is i go on Hoilday on the 15/11/09 to Mexico (all inclusive) but i'm hoping to get most of the weight off by then. I will let you know my start weight after my weigh in on Tuesday 25th. This really needs to work for me as i have been on every diet going and have failed!!!

Hi everyone, here is my first update in two weeks. I have been off the diet for over a month now, and the first week of the challenge I gained 4, this week I lost 12, so, a loss of 8 lb is what I am reporting here . I go to Mexico on the 4th Sept Riviera Maya. Hotel Sirenis, Mayan Beach (all inclusive too) hope i don't put to much on, shouldn't with the amount of snorkling and diving my husband has in mind. can't wait. Jane xxx

hello girls.. just found out about this forum, I really like it. I'm from Belgium. After 5 weeks of cheating I now go on with cambridge and i just said last week; i want to wear a nice dress at christmas! So i hope i can participate in this topic.. btw after my 5 weeks of cheating i didn't gain weight! I even lost a little bit!! Not that im proud of it or something, but i guess this is very strange.. anyway im happy about it, but it is also hard to start again now.. when i began i thought every little piece of food was absolutely forbidden, but now i know it is not so strict for me i tend to eat more .. i so hate that.. anyway i hope it will help to talk with you about our results..

i don't really get the stone/lbs-thing. I try to converted it but i could do it only in lbs .. ; i now weigh 196.2 lbs .. and i want to weigh 143.3 at christmas..

Welcome Hello Kitty! I don't get the stone/lbs thing either , I just convert kg to lbs (try googles searchfield if you haven't done it, really easy, just write "90 kg in pounds", and the result will pop up). Good luck on starting up again! I started back up after a break last Monday.

I have just started the Cambridge today and I am already finding it difficult. I really want to be slim by Christmas but I feel like I am addicted to food - does any one out there have some advice?

I keep thinking - Just 3 months and see how it goes but the thought of now food is hard!

Karenkrm stick with it after 3 or 4 days you'll stop the craving and the feeling of hunger once ketosis kicks in. Take it day by day the results are worth it!

Hi, I was hoping I could join in? I have only re-started yesterday after a months away. I stopped due to pains I was having in my gallbladder and it was suspected I had gallstones. I don't believe that the diet is the blame of it all so i'm going to give it another go and if I have any trouble again i'll just stop. I want to get down to 8st 7lb, so I have quite alot to lose. I don't believe I will lose it all before Xmas but I am going to set that goal anyway to give me something to work towards.
