Slim for spring challenge! 100 days at 100%!!!

    Hello everyone!!

    Wondered if anyone would be interested in a slimming for spring challenge? I'm doing it myself to lose the last 20lb I'm my weight loss goal of 6 stone and wondered if anyone feels like jumping on board?!

    In 100 days time it will be May 1st and I'd love to start spring/summer at goal, and I'm sure there's a few out there who like to make their own commitment for spring/summer this year to make it the best one yet!!! Doesn't have to be a weight loss goal, it can be working out everyday for 100 days, going for a run everyday, eating your 5 a day....ANYTHING GOES!

    I'm pledging to calorie count for 100days and go to the gym 80 days out of those 100.

    I'm on a very well known calorie counting app on my phone if anyone wants to add me just add "86" to the end of my name above (I'm a Cookie Monster cupcake!)

    I'm also on a very well known photo sharing app posting food and inspiration daily so if anyone uses this app I'm ladycloughster and my pic is as above.

    I'm weighing in on Friday so will have a definite number of lbs to lose then!

    Could really do with some buddies so jump on board!!

    Day one starts tomorrow! :)

    Yup - I'm in. 1st May is a great target and I want to be at least 2 stones down from now by then.
    100% diet, 98% teetotal and 100% alternate days on the cross trainer.

    Exception is this Friday where friends are cooking for us and it'll be impossible to stick 100%

    Hiya:) I would love to add to this. I would like to be at goal weight by May 1st. I'm currently 12 stone. I'm doing CC alongside 5:2. I've lost 1 stone 3 pounds since the end of November. *Only* 28 pounds to go!

    Great to see you lovelies on board! How has day 1 been so far?
    I'm felling great, calories going well and got legs bums and tums later on! X

    So far so good. Well within calories and have managed 2 sessions on the cross trainer now. Next one is scheduled for tomorrow - although I won't be home from work until 7.30pm so it's going to be a struggle to motivate myself.

    I can do it.

    How's everyone's day 2 gone?

    I'm within my calories hooray! No time for gym today with work and shopping and general mum/wife stuff but looking forward to the gym everyday for rest of week as I have tomorrow and Friday off work yippee! :)

    I'm in! I'm currently calorie counting and lots of exercise I want to loose just under 2 stone x

    I may have been over ambitious in saying 100 days of calorie counting...if possible, I will change to 95 days! Been 100% so far!

    Sounds like it's all going well for everyone. Keep it going - we can do this!

    Food intake is good here, and despite getting home at 7.50, I've managed a cross-trainer session. I'm now blobbed in a chair, but my day is done and I've been very virtuous. The trick will be to keep it going over the weekend when we're away!

    I would like to be at goal in 100 days, thats exactly 10lbs to go from here! Should be do-able even with my slower than sloth loss speed!

    Hello everyone! How has the weekend treated u? Been good or naughty??!! I went to circuits yesterday and burnt off 900+ calories yeah! Today I did my 5k run in the rain :( stupid uk weather! Roll on summer!
    Hubby and daughter made a Victoria sponge cake, sure they are trying to sabotage my weight loss lol had the tiniest slice of the cake that I think I've ever had in my life!

    Fridays weigh in was good! I'm glad to be at the weight I wanted to start this 100 day journey at 13.3st - 23lb to go!!!

    6days of calorie counting in the bag! Just need to do another 89!!

    Failed at my attempt to go to the gym on Saturday morning, I fell back asleep! Did make aerobics this morning at 8.30 though so I don't feel quite so bad!!

    5k run in the rain?! Impressive!!x

    Hi everyone how's it going???

    Well today has been testing! It's been my daughters and husbands birthday. the kids had mcdonalds and I thought I'd be healthy and make healthy burgers with literally 10 chips and some coselaw, gave into a small slice of birthday cake and my calories for today have been 1595!!! 833 just on dinner and the cake! Should have had a mcdonalds after all!!

    Off to the gym tomorrow but my knee is really playing up so my burns haven't been as good cos I've had to take it easy... So frustrating when I really want to work hard. So I'll do a swim and have a tabata workout for my arms.

    Then Friday we are off for a weekend away and I assume it will not be 100% but I'm going to try my best! There's a pool and gym at the hotel were staying in so my aim is to give them a visit! But first it will be Friday weigh in.... I hope it's good as I've been good the rest of the time!!!

    Am I right in thinking this is day 10? As in 10% through the spring challenge?!x

    Hi ladies, can I join you?

    I'd love to be 100% until 1st May. I'm bridesmaid for my friend at the end of June and I'd love to have lost at least 2 stone by then.

    I'm using MFP at 1200 cals and combining it with the 5:2. So 5 days at 1200 and 2 days at 500...hoping for some good loses!

    Started yesterday and was 14 stone 7.5

    Let us know how you get on with the 5:2 I don't know if I could do it!!!
