Hello everyone!! Wondered if anyone would be interested in a slimming for spring challenge? I'm doing it myself to lose the last 20lb I'm my weight loss goal of 6 stone and wondered if anyone feels like jumping on board?! In 100 days time it will be May 1st and I'd love to start spring/summer at goal, and I'm sure there's a few out there who like to make their own commitment for spring/summer this year to make it the best one yet!!! Doesn't have to be a weight loss goal, it can be working out everyday for 100 days, going for a run everyday, eating your 5 a day....ANYTHING GOES! I'm pledging to calorie count for 100days and go to the gym 80 days out of those 100. I'm on a very well known calorie counting app on my phone if anyone wants to add me just add "86" to the end of my name above (I'm a Cookie Monster cupcake!) I'm also on a very well known photo sharing app posting food and inspiration daily so if anyone uses this app I'm ladycloughster and my pic is as above. I'm weighing in on Friday so will have a definite number of lbs to lose then! Could really do with some buddies so jump on board!! Day one starts tomorrow!
