Hello everyone

I stayed the same this week - I was really surprised as I was so naughty this weekend. On Friday I went out for a Chinese at lunchtime and had barbecue spare ribs, duck and pancakes and a bit of a mail meal . On Saturday I had another chinese (my dad was down from Africa) and this time I had spring rolls and special curry - then on Sunday I had a roast dinner with yorkshire puddings and afters - I was dreading getting on the scales this morning and I had stayed the same -

Thanks FF. I've had a bit of a drop in motivation recently but I think I'm over it and I'm ready to get back to some serious SFing and lose some more of these dreaded pounds!
