Good morning Rayven, great to see someone so positive, especially so early! I'm with you on that one though, I'm slightly up from yesterday weight wise, but 3lbs down from Monday, which considering I'm on the 1000 plan, I'm happy with! Going to make sure I keep 100% this weekend and want another 1lb off. The only thing I don't like is that my weigh in is at 7pm, so I've got a full day off food in me!!
Aw Denise that doesn't sound like fun at all, especially not on a diet such as CD. I hope you feel completely better real soon!
Hey Tilly, we've missed having you around! Must feel amazing to be that 14 now! I want to get into swimming again too, is a 30 mile round trip to my swimming pool, which always puts me off! Sounds like SS+ is a good idea, I'm sure you'll still have lost on 810 though. Well done on the water, I wish I was as good! I don't think I get my 2.25L a day, I really need to fix this!!
Alli I'm sure that as long as you're a little careful, try to go for the healthier options where possible, and don't go mad with sides, you'll be fine and get the extra pounds off soon enough! One tip though, naan bread - beware!! Is obviously full of carbs and I'm pretty sure I've been told poppadoms are better for you than naan bread on carb levels, though can't be certain so don't take me as gospel!
On the 1000 plan you have a couple of meals plus 2 CD packs, do you guys think it'll be affecting my weight loss by me only having 1 pack sometimes? I'm meant to have a second pack with lunch but I'm usually not hungry enough for that. And I think I've only ended up having 2 once this week, and even then didn't finish it! The thing is I feel fine, but I don't know whether I'm sabotaging my loss at the same time as not doing myself any good, if that makes sense. I never plan to not have my second one, it just doesn't end up happening!
To be a bit more positive though, I'm liking the 1000 plan. "I'm liking that I'm still losing, while still beng able to eat some food, having more flexibility, and I also like that it gets my family off my back! My mum kept doing the whole please be careful and saying she wasn't sure about it all. My sister who is a clinical nurse specialist and who herself lost a lot of weight through weight watchers and the like has made it quite clear what she thinks of the diet and that I should be losing it more healthily, but not in a nasty way! It just makes it all the more difficult to do a diet like this when you're family aren't completely supporting you in that.
