Slimming world and eating disorders

Hi, I did search for an answer to this question but couldn't find what I was looking for. I was just wondering what exactly would happen if you ticked the box on the slimming world sign up sheet saying you have a history of eating disorders?
Also, what would happen if you didn't tick that box then later down the line wanted to disclose that to your consultant?
I would really appreciate if anyone with personal experience of this or even if any consultants read this could let me know,

Hi Entropy. I have joined Slimming World a week ago and have ticked the box for history of eating disorder. So far, nothing has happened or was mentioned, it wasn't even acknowledged...not sure if that is the norm, though.
