I do love Fridays, I'm feeling very optimistic and refuse to lower myself to other people's condescending levels!

As it's raining the walk will be later then normal - mini success - my trousers are getting loose, and my fluffy hooded waistcoat now does up whoop.

Proud of myself, I have been sticking to the programme as star week is normally my worst week this time I have been on plan a lot easier.

Walk done in the sunshine I do love being close to Mersea island - we get good weather and wonderful views.

Only eaten my fruit so far really not very hungry again - met a lovely rotty dog today :)
 
So I have heard about the new slimming world range and very excited to try each at least once to judge haha

Big packs to feed two which when we have a hectic day will truly help lots x

My mum bless her fell asleep and ordered a lot of biscuits forgetting what she had ordered bless lol.

Temptation everywhere but I'm ok - I have mini Jamie dodgers in place for Xmas day temptation but I think I should be fine as mostly free foods to gorge on and a curly wurly here's my plan;

Xmas meal plan

Breakfast;
Slimming world breakfast heck sausage, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, onions, spaghetti = 1/2 syn

Starter;
Prawn cocktail;

Prawn sauce - 1 tbspn passata, 3 tbspn light mayo, lemon juice, Worcester sauce, salt and pepper. Serves three = 1/2 a syn each!
Prawns
Salad

Main dinner;
Turkey
Pork
Heck sausages wrapped in bacon = 1 syns
Linda McCartney rosemary onion sausage stuffing balls add sage!
Oxo roasties
Broccoli
Carrots
Peas
Sprouts
Onions
Gravy Ceri free

Dessert;
Recipe from fb Choc mouse;
haha, defo recommend this, I used 2 sachets of choc highlights 4 syns, 1 tub of quark, sweetner, mix together, in a seperate 2 egg whites whisked to peaks and 1 sachet of gelatine dissolved and cooled mix altogether and put in the fridge, better than aero mousses ha x x x makes 4 = 1 syn each
add whipped light cream 1 syn

Tea platter;

Lobster
Crab
Prawns
Salmon
Salad

Evening snack;
Turkey sandwich bread heb
brown sauce = 1/2 syn

Total 4.5 syns

A very merry Xmas because I know I can't eat all that so I should be sorted x x
 
When I say can't, I mean I'm allowed in plan but it's lots and I will stop when full :)

So I have walked six days out of seven this week and I feel it has helped loads. I feel smaller! It's as simple as that. Tomorrow is weigh day before Xmas and I hope to reach a number god willing to have as a Xmas present to myself :)
