Slimming World Newbee Day 3 - WI Wed night

Have been following SW from Wednesday. Well when i say following i had a planned meal out last night to the Indian so did resist the poppadoms, the naan and samosas. I did have chicken Dhansak which i believe is 8 syns with boiled rice. Though Copious amounts of wine was consumed. Anyway today is another day.

Breakfast today was wholemeal toast with slice of ham and a banana

lunch was savoury rice followed by a mullerlight yogurt

dinner was sw recipe chicken curry and egg fried rice :D was yum
having glass of wine with syns.

Plan to have an orange later.
 
DAY 4 LOVING IT

Very pleased with myself had an orange last night at bedtime when i was having a little sweet craving and it hit the spot. so stayed within syns on a Saturday night!

todays menu looks like this:-
Breakfast bacon and tomato in 2 slices wholemeal bread (Hex A)

Snack apple and orange

Lunch chicken stuffed with low fat cream cheese with garlic and herb (hexB) wrapped in lean bacon, savoy cabbage, carrots sw roast potatoes.
followed by banana and custard mullerlight

Supper ham salad

Snack options hot choc and rich tea biscuits (syns 5)

Well Sunday went to plan too. kept well within syns.
Today i had
Breakfast: banana, yellow plum, pear
Snack: 1 alpen bar (1/2 hex a
lunch: lean ham salad
Snack: strawberries, yellow plum
DInner: pasta with 1desertspoon green pesto (3.5 syns) with salad and chicken
Mullerlight cherry layer (3 syns)
Snack: alpen light bar (1/2 hex b)

some AH couscous when making for tomorrows lunch

Hex A for milk in tea.

Day 5 EE WI Wed night

Tuesdays menu
BFast: orange, yellow plum, pear

Snack: alpen light (1/2 hexB)

Lunch: couscous, salad, chicken

Dinner: omelette with mushrooms, onion, tomatoes and cheese (hex A) SW chips and side salad

Snack: options hot choc (2 syns) and alpen (1/2 hex B)

3 syns for milk in tea

total syns 5
 
WI tonight - 1.5 lbs lighter

SO weighed at class and have lost 1.5 lbs. Fairly pleased as i dont feel like i have been on a diet just making different choices.
Today i had
Breakfast: banana and alpen light bar (hexb)
Lunch: chicken breast and ww yogurt

dinner: chicken stirfry and then a mullerlight yogurt

tea and coffee today - milk (hexa)

syns highlights hotchoc 3 syns

total syns - 3
 
Thursday

menu for thursday
Breakfast: slice wholemeal (hexb) with banana
snack: slice of ham
Lunch: pasta n sauce
SNack:strawberries
Dinner: fish sw chips and mushy peas (2 syns)
