Hiya folks Beverley here, I've recently join this forum. I'm doing SW at home I wanna lose about 7lbs. I'm still trying to get my head round the fact that you can eat loads and still loose weight. I write everything I've had down to help keep me on track I'm not adventurous with my meals planning I'm a fussy eater. I'm doing the green days. Sorry this is short but I'm hopeless that this kind of thing. I thought I drop by and say hello.
