Slipped up what now??

So i put my hands up iv been naughty and eaten a couple of my little boys chips and a bit of fish this lunchtime. The way im dealing with it is im not having my lunchtime shake so the cals from the chips will replace the cals from the shake (roughly in know!) Then i'll have my dinner shake as normal later so.........
breakfast - shake
lunch - few chips
dinner - shake.

Will that be ok or should i have had my lunchtime shake anyway and just dealt with the extra cals.

You should have the shake to make sure you get the right level of nutrition but I can't speak as I sometimes miss one if busy at work

I slip up happens. I have many times!!!!

its my first day back on though.......pretty crap to slip up now!! :(

dont worry about slipping up - we but human after all!

i would have the shake purely becuase of the vitamins and stuff as safcd1 said!

you could go for a extra long walk tonight to burn the cals off.. and it will make you feel good about yourself too.

weathers calling out for a good walk! lol

Id forget about the chips and have your 3 shakes as normal to make sure you get the right nutrients etc. Slip ups happen hun dont beat yourself up too much, just put it down to a mistake and get back on it xx
