    breakfast - 2 boiled eggs, pear, banana, apple
    lunch - ham, 28g cheese (HEA), lettuce, tomato, beetroot
    snack - 3 ryvita, smoked salmon, small scrape of light phili (3 syns), melon
    evening - roast chicken, potato in skin (HEB) carrots, swede, gravy (3 syns)
    snack - crisps (6syns) milk in tea (HEA)
    total syns for the day 12
