Slow Cooker Chicken

Hi All

I am making a slow cooker meal tonight consisting of

2 Onions
4 Carrots
4 Garlic cloves crushed
4 Chicken legs with skin and fat removed
1 TBSP Paprika
500ml Knorr chicken stock pot

Everything going in is free but if I make gravy from the stock using cornflour will there be any syns?

Thanks

Dan :)

I would say you have to syn the corn flour but because you removed skin and fat from the chicken the rest should be free. If you cooked with the skin on that's when you would have to syn the gravy. I am just thinking shout when I do a chicken stew with tomatoes in the slow cooker I eat the tomato sauce as free so sure this is the same.

Thanks for the quick reply, I'll be splitting the syns of the cornflour with my OH so all is good. And thanks for the inspiration for my next slow cooker meal, Chicken, Peppers and Onion in tomatoes seasoned with Italian herbs
