Are you in ketosis (you should be if you're not cheating?)? If you are then you must be burning fat, and you are probably just retaining water so thats where your period probably has an effect. I would just try to up your water intake slightly and then hang on in there until your next weigh in.

16lbs in 4weeks is amazing by the way. Have you been measuring yourself? You have probably lost inches and inches!

My losses are slow too - I don't cheat & want to lose another 4st so not near my goal. My cdc even questioned that they were slow - I follow ss or ss+, have 3+ litres water per week, but only lose 2 or 3 a week. I'm happy because a loss every week is a loss but just guess everyone is different - some people lose 5-7 or more per week & others dont. Just stick with it & think of the bigger picture & wether you would have losses every week if following a conventional weight loss method & have got on so brilliantly wellas you have so far?!:)
