I adore mousse and would eat it even if I wasn't on Cambridge , but does anyone think the mousse and bars slow down their weight loss?
I haven't been on the plan that long this time around to notice, but have done 84 days on SS before and been on the plan about 3 other times. I am being 100% and really trying hard to lose as much as I can as soon as I can. I would eat mousse every day, but am trying to have it maybe every other day. The bars I eat about 3 a week. Anybody any thoughts or experiences of a slower loss? x
