Smelly Breath!!

So im assuming that i am in kertosis because my breath is smelly and my mouth is clamy!!

Im carrying around mouthwash but it is a little inappropriate for work as i work in sales and the loo is so far away i can't do it very often!!

Does anyone know what i can do/use to get rid of smelly breath more effectivly? I have been told that chewing gum is not allowed on exante? Or is there a paticular brand i can have?

Any help would be useful!

I always carry a mouth freshener/spray. Works great. (Tastes good as well,)

Also found that an increase in water helps too

It's usually worse first thing, try to drink some water early, that tends to help a little.

There are also breath sprays you can use, welcome to PONGO (The smelly breath club)

I never thought of breath spray i might get some from tesco later!!

People have also said mint strips are they any good?
