Red Day smoked haddock fish pie.

This is a scrummy way of eating fish.

I buy Iceland's big bags of smoked fillet, 4 or 5 to the bag and a very reasonable price.

Roast a red and a green pepper. Fry an onion with stir fry fry light, when almost cooked add 2 tomatoes. Cook your fillet of fish in the microwave, I find a medium sized one takes about 4 minutes. Flake the fish and add the chopped roasted peppers and the tomato and onion mix. Boil 198 gms of sliced new potatoes.

Put the fish mix in an oven proof dish. Top with the potato and use your cheese allowance from both HEX to top it off.

Serve with broccoli or cauliflower.
