Smoked Herring

I was shopping at costco today and they had samples of these, tried a bit and it was yummy, so picked up a pack.

If someoene could tell me the syn value I would be greatful.

free food - smoked herring (these are in a tin, so not sure which option drop down it gives for fish)

210 calories
14g of fat
21g of protein
0g of carbs

prob quite high in syns going by that, but will be just for a treat occasionally, so don't worry about shocking me haha.

omg really? I was sure it would have syns. It taste so yummy. I am thinking, wholewheat toast or maybe even ryvitas with a mixed salad.

I thought that too, with the 14g fat, but I checked it twice and it definitely came out free

I expect with it being herring, most of the fat comes from healthy oils. Looking forward to having it now. I bought it as a treat because it tasted so good, but now I can have it whenever. Is nice to get surprises like that.
