Extra Easy snacks

Just wondering what you would have as a free (on EE) snack in the afternoon at work? I have grapes and a banana mid morning so don't want any more fruit (not keen!) but need something thats easy to eat as will be at my desk, and not too heavy as i go to the gym at 5.30pm. Any suggestions welcome!!!

theres a falafel recipe in the new slimming world mag that could be a possible snack option, they sound really nice and free on EE

yep a girl at work bring her boiled eggs in and eats them as a snack , she also swears by them

How about making some homemade hummus to eat with veggie sticks? If you have an HEB available you could have FIVE corn thins with it :D
