So chuffed on my weigh in

Yay a fantastic week 5lb loss, really needed it as I have the nasty Dr to see on Tuesday to prove Xenical is working for me....so feeling pretty positive :):)

Thankyou everyone for your ongoing support on my journey to a new me :):)

Well done on your weight loss. I hope I do as well as you on xenical. What's 30 day shred like? Are you supposed to do it every day?

Thanks Diana :)
I look at it as a lifestyle change now and not a diet and for me that takes a bit of pressure off !!
I am sure you will do really well just watch calories and fat intake ...
30 day shred is brilliant , I workout everyday as its around 20 minutes....some girls take a day off ...I would highly recommend it as it makes such a difference....:):)

Thanks. I am getting to grips with the diet, but need to think about more exercise. I swim a couple of times a week and have done a couple of exercise dvd workouts. Don't really have an awful lot of time in the evenings so looking for something to fit in with my lifestyle.

Thankyou everyone ,
its so much easier with the support of friends :)

well another 2lb lost this week and closer to my target :woohoo:

Thanks Rach, i'm well chuffed.
I had all the clothes that I have bought which didn't fit me on the spare bed when I started this lifestyle change and I tried the jeans on yesterday and they fit yippee...and a top I couldn't get over my hips and it looks lovely on now...think I will take a pic later wearing them and then use that as my next step photo....

:):):)

hope your well hunny bun :)

Thats great news Rach well done :)

Well done booboo!! Another excellent weight loss!!

Seems we've all be having "good clothes day", I managed to get back into a walking coat I have, so I was trundling up the fell in my coat which I haven't worn for years, and my fleecey trousers which fit so much better since Christmas.

My IKEA bag of "fat clothes" is overflowing and hopefully they'll be more clothes joining them soon!

Thanks Passiflora.....its great getting into clothes ....I had bought so many new ones before my diet and they were too small so I kept them and left them on a bed as encouragement !!

Bet your walk on the fells was great nothing like open air walking enjoying the magical countryside....I love walking here there are so many things to see...
I saw my 1st badger the other day at the bottom of my lane...(for once it wasn't squashed)I really appreciate my surroundings...

Have a great day :)

Wow!! Lucky you!! I've only ever seen badgers down a local hide, but they are so playful and cute, I really really don't want the cull to happen, but that's a whole other policital topic I'm not getting into!!

Your right, the walk was lovely! We're so lucky living where we do and it's right on our doorstep, especially at this time of year when everything seems to waking up! If only I could be out walking again right now, instead of being stuck in the office!!

I don't want a cull of badgers they are lovely creatures.....so nice to see them a rarity as it is !!

we are lucky having the open countryside the gorgeous walks....:)

another 3lb lost so chuffed :) xxx

Thanks Passiflora,

how are you getting on ? did you have a great weekend ? :) xx

Great weekend thanks booboo, got lots of exercise and socialising in, but had a little blip yesterday on a couple of bags too many of iced gems and perhaps overdosed on slimming world bars, but it could have been a lot worse!!

I went swimming this morning to work it off, but it turned out to be a bit of paniciky morning, as firstly a car had crashed on the ice on the road on the way to Stonyhurst, and was strewn across the road, I don't know what happened, but the driver was laid out on the pavement, his friend was with him, keeping him warm. I asked if there was anything I could do, but there nothing for me to do, I'm not medically trained and he seemed ok, (it was a real country back lane, but thankfully, a doctor drove past and he helped, and the ambulance was fairly quick at arriving) and then on my last length, it suddenly dawned on me that I had left my bra at home, so I had get showered and home asap to get back to work to dry my hair and make myself presentable, but by this time, the police had closed the road, so I had to quickly find another route back home, bearing in mind Stonyhurst is in the middle of nowhere, all routes tend to end up in a field! So it was all go, but I made it too my desk all preened, dressed and bra'd up for 9.00am!! I do hope the chap is ok, his car is defintely a right off, and there is some damage to a building too.

Monday Monday eh??

How was your weekend?
