So far so good....

So today is day one.

I have almost drunk my 2L of water (Any more than that and i get queasy).

Have had the banana shake... Not my kind of flavour at all... so will have to grin and bear the other 6 :cry: Also had my choc orange bar which wasn't actually that bad :)

Started the diet at dinner time so won't be trying my soup until tomorrow...

Just hope i can stick to this. I managed to lose 3 1/2 stone doing WW in 2008 but i have put it all back on the last 3 years... so here is to getting back into my size 12's!!!

Good luck. You have already proven you can do it with ww. This is much more effective and gets easier as the days pass.
