    Hello everyone. I came across this web site whilst researching my 'next' diet. I lost 4 stone on LL a few years ago, and maintained for a couple of years. I thought I'd cracked it. However, for one reason or another I've spent the last 9 months in a bad place and have eaten my self into misery again. :sigh:
    My clothes don't fit, I'm ashamed to go out with friends as they were all so congratulatory when I'd lost the weight. I feel like such a failure and the more I try to get back on track, the worse choices I make.

    But browsing this website has lifted my spirits :) And I feel positive that joining this site is a good choice. Now all I need to do is decide which diet to go on. I was thinking about the Tony Ferguson, as I keep seeing the ads. Or Jenny Craig - though I think it may be very expensive?

    Anyway, thanks for reading, I'm now looking forward to losing in good company.

    You did very well on LL to lose four stone and keep it off for a couple of years so you deserve a pat on the back for that.:patback:

    I have gone through a year of self-sabotage myself and found it very difficult to get my head back in the zone, so I know where you are coming from...I have tried to get back on Lipotrim but found it very difficult and now I am on my third week of Slimming World and so far so good:fingerscrossed:

    Jenny Craig diet is new to the UK but we do have Elsa doing it. I think she is the only one so far.

    hi all, congrats on loosing all that weight before! you have done it once so you WILL be able to do it again! im new too and came about this site the same way as you, i have chosen to do exante and am hopeing my packs will arrive tom so i can get going ;)

    Thank you for all your encouragement, I'm actually looking forward to getting started now! I'm going to try and get a ticker up too.

    Mini, it's really good to know I'm not alone in my behaviour! Self sabotage is exactly the right phrase.... well done on your slimming world, looks like you are right on track.
