I bought one of these, they're normally about £150 new? Down to £100 in argos. I got one off of eBay for £16. So if it's too sore on my back/knees (arthritis and osteoporosis) it wont be a big loss of money.

Loads of reviews say that you wont lose weight on it unless you're following a strict calorie diet and doing general work out. It's there to just target the abdominal muscles. Which is all I really want it for. So hopefully I will notice a difference!

My other half bought one of these on a whim a few years ago, its is currently functioning as the worlds most expensive clothes horse! Let me know how you get on and i migh dust it off and give it a go!
