So let's give Slim fast a go x

    Hi all,

    I've decided to give SF a try (eeek) I've always followed Weight Watchers but trying to lose the last stone has been so tough and im struggling to keep on plan.

    I know SF isn't 'easy' but I'm just hoping it gives me some weight loss and a confidence booster.

    I'm on that awful cycle where I follow the diet, fall off the wagon and then spend the rest of the week until weigh in beating myself up. The weigh in comes along and if it's bad on the scales the week starts off terribly with a negative beginning.

    Im not expecting miracles but I'm just hoping I can stay on the plan, have 100% days, feel good and stick with it until my weigh in.

    Im 10st 7lb at the moment and im hoping to get as close to 10st as I can by april 12th for my wedding dress fittings :) last time I did sf I lost 8lb in 2weeks :) water is the key! Make sure you drink atleast 2 litres :)

    Hiya im on day 2 and I enjoyed yesterday. I'm looking to get from 11st 3lbs to 9st 12lbs.

    I've been shopping and bought two tubs, 1 box of bars and 3 bottles.

    Today I did banana powder, semi skimmed milk and added 100g strawberries.

    I really didn't feel hungry at all

    Off swimming now :) going to have a chocolate shake after and I still need to drink a litre of water and a yummy chicken salad for dinner :) feeling very motivated today x

    Hope you had a good swimm and a great evening.

    I've done two days so feeling very motivated had a sneaky peak on the scales (my weigh in is Saturday) and I've lost 1.8lbs!

    Arms are a bit sore but glad I went!! Well done almost 2lb thats fab. I dont think I will loose any this week as eaten a couple of bigger meals as the inlaws are visiting but as long as I dont gain I will be happy x

    19 days till dress fitting 6.5 lb to go!!! Feeling great so far as im 1st down but that half a stone is going to be the icing on the cake :) 10st here I come :) xx

    Heya I'm on slim fast too, I always try for 2 shakes aday 1 break fast and one at lunch. I'm also walking 5 miles aday. Really really hoping to lose the weight. Good luck with your plan and hope it works :D

    Hiya I've been on the plan for a week and I've lost 3lbs. I'm finding it very easy just need some planning but generally a easy plan to follow

    May I ask, planning in what way? All I've been doing is 2 shakes aday, no snacks and dinner.
    My doctor has also given me orlistat tablets to help me lose it.

    I have a family so it's planning the meals and working with meals out
